Vpe doesn't show anything when we open file from local history.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create some xhtml file.
2) Change content of file some times and save it's several times.
3) call content menu in package explorer (team->show local history)
4) try to open file from local history
ASSERT file should be opened.
